Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zombii mobile application ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Zombii helps you notice, limit, and reduce time spent in AI apps using on-device Screen Time tools. Features may include app blocking, usage limits, coaching messages, themes, and streak tracking. Some features require an active subscription, described below.

2. Zombii Plus Subscription

Zombii Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features in the App. Subscription options, prices, and billing periods (for example, monthly or annual) are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown for your plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App under Settings → Manage subscription, or in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.

Free trials or introductory offers, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Eligibility and terms for promotional offers are determined by Apple and shown at purchase.

3. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful personal purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App or attempt to circumvent subscription or blocking features.

5. Screen Time & Blocking

Blocking and usage limits rely on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs. Availability and accuracy may vary by device, iOS version, and system settings. We do not guarantee that the App will block every app or usage scenario.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.

10. Apple Terms

These Terms are between you and Zombii, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
